  37. 1) Copy the .zip file to a temporary directory such as c:\ABZIP.

  39. 2) Run PkUnzip to unzip the files.

  41. 3) Run Install.exe to uncompress and install the files. If you already
  42.    have Above & Beyond installed, your data files will not be affected.

  48. The first time you run Above & Beyond, the on-line Help will automatically
  49. be activated to give you an introduction to its capabilities and information
  50. on how to use it. There is complete documentation in the on-line Help.
